ABOUT US

Neon Flex Studio is a small Melbourne based business with a history in sign making. After 20 years in the biz, we have chosen to bring our passion for signs into the event space, making outrageous, unusual (and at times inappropriate) LED neon signs for any manner of celebrations, momentous occasions and happenings.

Our team of three, is led by business owner, creative genius and sign expert Danni - a.k.a Vinyl Angel Graphics. Her 20+ years of expertise in the sign making trade, specialising in sign installation makes her one heck of a knowledgeable gal.

Seconded by our operations mastermind, content creator and sales personnel Irina, who carries across her history of small business management and a decade long tenure in thevisual arts. Our mascot, leg licker and general nuisance Bodhi the staffy, is an expert in afternoon sun naps and warm greetings.

We are driven by our passion for keeping the manufacture of signs localised, sharing of knowledge and skills, supporting local suppliers and business and having fun doing it!

OUR TEAM

Danni

Danni has been making signs big and small for businesses, race cars, cultural institutions and events across Melbourne for over twenty years - so you know she’s good! As a qualified sign writer her extensive knowledge of sign making, design, materials and installation makes her a sought after industry commodity. Being the innovative and passionate sign maker that she is, she’s now taken it to the next level opening Neon Flex Studio Melbourne! Working on new designs, perfecting techniques and passing on the knowledge to other sign makers is what makes her the brains and heart of Neon Flex Studio.

Irina

Irina joined the team in 2025, exchanging her office chair and heels for steel cap work boots and a white card. Bringing across her knowledge and experience in managing small businesses and art institutions she rolled up her sleeves and set to work on learning the sign biz. A key member of the team, she can most likely be found deep in the storeroom gluing her fingers together over a new neon sign while updating the stocktake. All that will be put aside of course as soon as a client calls.

Bodhi

Whether it's eating, scratching, lying down or playing tug of war Bodhi has done it all. Bodhi is happy to be a part of this team, as a mascot and our front of house customer service, he brings a lot of important skills to the table. Don’t be fooled by the tough boy look, Bohdi will be your best friend upon first encounter! His official title is yet to be defined but he works for treats and excels at licking your face when you bend down. The soul of this team, his daily contributions are immeasurable - that is to say he farts a lot!
