How long can I hire a neon sign for?
We hire our signs for a minimum of three days with expectations that courier's may take longer to deliver to and from our studio. If you need a sign for longer than that simply get in touch with our team and we will try to accommodate.
Can I install the sign myself or do you need to install it for me?
All our signs are made for easy installation and come with fishing wire, two S-hooks and where applicable table stands. Installation should be as easy as hanging a picture. We will be available to answer any install queries over the phone during business hours.
Why do you take a deposit?
We take a deposit to cover loss of income and damage repair. All our signs are checked tested, and documented before being shipped for hire and upon return. Any customer caused damage (including but not limited to deep scratches, pulled out cords, broken neon flex, or cracked acrylic) may result in cancelation to other hirers and repair or replacement cost.
Can I purchase the hire neon sign?
We have a Clearance Shop section on the website where some of our retired signs will end up. If you're particularly attached to your hire sign, you can always ask us.
Where do you deliver to?
For now our delivery of all hire signs includes Metropolitan Melbourne only. If you're outside that area, you have the option to collect and return your sign from our studio in Ascot Vale.
Do you manufacture custom designed neon signs?
We do a small selection of neon sign builds, based on our availability. If we can't help however, we have referrals to other sign makers who may be able to help.
How do I sign up for a workshop?
Our Sign Maker Workshop will list our upcoming events, resources and relevant information. These workshops are designed for industry learning and require a basic understanding of sign principles. If you're new to the industry or an apprentice, you are welcome.
