We use a variety of carefully selected couriers for purchase orders including but not limited to Australia Post, TMCC, Jet Couriers, TNT Express, Toll. The courier used will depend on your order.
Shipping times vary depending on order requirements, time frames and locations. For all hire products, shipping is time sensitive with delivery for event being a priority, therefore all hire orders must be finalised 48-72 hours prior to shipping.
Once the purchase item is shipped, delivery typically takes between 1-14 days depending on your location. For an accurate delivery time frame, please contact us at info@neonflexstudio.com.au and we'll be happy to assist.
Please note that once items leave our workshop, the risk passes to the client and Vinyl Angel Graphics X LED Neon Flex Studio are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
PLEASE NOTE: On international shipments, it is the responsibility of the Client to pay all customs and duties in the country the items are being shipped to. In some instances, there are no tariffs or duties payable. Please confirm with the Customs service of the country we are shipping the items to if you are unsure about the costs involved with importing these items. Event Neon are not liable for these costs or any delays in shipments caused by Customs. Vinyl Angel Graphics X LED Neon Flex Studio will not offer refunds for items that do not make it to the destination by a specific date due to delays in shipments.
